Modern and cozy (with garage parking) fully equipped apartment right on the coast of Danube in the most prestige part of Budapest. Has a big 19m2 balcony with a great garden and Danube view. Spacious living room, cozy bedroom and fully equipped modern kitchen. Grocery store across the entrance. Short walk to big shopping mall and few minutes metro far from city center. Danube coast right in front of the house for refreshing morning run/walk. What makes this apartment unique is certainly the amazing view of the river Danube and Buda hills. Big balcony (19m2) enables you to enjoy your morning coffee and/or breakfast and have a refreshing start of the day in the beautiful surroundings. My favorite is also to spend some quiet afternoons sunbathing with a book or to enjoying some gorgeous sunset cocktails with our friends from this magic balcony. Apartment has such a great design that even laying on the bedroom bed you can see the river, ships and famous Buda hills just across the Danube. The building is brand new and it's equipped with all the amenities for safe and convenient living. There are lot of gardens, children playgrounds, running tracks, boats, yachting clubs and docks around the building. Big shopping mall, restaurant and metro station are nearby in a 5 minutes walk distance but still far enough. Even though the area is a business center of Budapest and close to the hectic city center, it really feels like you're in a exclusive, quite and style touristic heaven. Important!
